aerrand uses a verified inspection and escrow protocol on every delivery. Here's exactly what happens from the moment you submit a request to the moment your item arrives.
Submit your delivery request
Paste the marketplace listing URL (or describe the item), enter pickup and drop-off addresses, and add any specific things you want your Aerrander to check. Not sure what to look for? Our AI will suggest an inspection checklist based on the item type. aerrand confirms the request and begins matching.
Payment held in escrow
Your payment is captured and held securely. Nothing is released until delivery is confirmed. If you decline the item, you get your full item payment back. You only forfeit 40% of the delivery fee for the Aerrander's time.
A verified Aerrander is matched
aerrand matches you with a nearby verified Aerrander. You can see their profile and rating in the app.
Aerrander arrives at the seller
Your Aerrander travels to the pickup location and initiates the Aerrand Guard™ inspection protocol.
Checklist-guided inspection and photo confirmation
Your Aerrander works through your inspection checklist item by item, either the one you built or the one our AI generated for your item type. They photograph and video each point, check condition against the listing description, and send you the full confirmation in the app.
You approve or decline
Review the inspection in the app. Approve: Aerrander picks up and delivers. Decline: Aerrander leaves. Your full item payment is returned. You only forfeit 40% of the delivery fee for the Aerrander's time. No disputes.
Delivery to your door
Your Aerrander delivers the item directly to you. You confirm receipt in the app and payment is released to the Aerrander. Done.
