How does escrow verification work?
When you enable escrow, your driver goes to the pickup location and sends you photos of the item. You can chat with them to verify the condition matches the description. Only after you approve does the driver pick up the item. Your payment is held securely until delivery is confirmed.
What if the item doesn't match the description?
If the item doesn't match what was advertised, simply decline the pickup through the app. Your driver won't collect the item, and you won't be charged. The escrow fee is refunded if verification fails.
Can I track my delivery in real-time?
Yes! Once your driver picks up your item, you can track their location in real-time on the map. You'll also receive notifications at each stage of the delivery process.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets including Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted platform.
Is there a size or weight limit?
Size and weight limits depend on the vehicle type. Scooters handle small packages up to 15 lbs, bikes up to 30 lbs, cars up to 100 lbs, and trucks can handle items up to 500 lbs. Select the appropriate vehicle when booking.
