When you enable escrow, your aerrander goes to the pickup location and sends you photos of the item. You can chat with them to verify the condition matches the description. Only after you approve does the aerrander pick up the item. Your payment is held securely until delivery is confirmed.
What if the item doesn't match the description?
If the item doesn't match what was advertised, simply decline the pickup through the app. Your aerrander won't collect the item, and you won't be charged. The escrow fee is refunded if verification fails.
Can I track my delivery in real-time?
Yes! Once your aerrander picks up your item, you can track their location in real-time on the map. You'll also receive notifications at each stage of the delivery process.
What payment methods do you accept?
