Base pricing starts at $8-10 depending on vehicle type, with additional charges per kilometer. Longer distances get better per-km rates.
Time & Urgency
Scheduled deliveries get discounted rates. Rush deliveries (under 1 hour) include a priority fee. Peak hours (lunch, evening) may have slight surcharges.
Package Details
Larger, heavier items require bigger vehicles and may need multiple aerranders for safe handling, affecting the final price.
Escrow Protection
Optional escrow verification adds a fee based on distance and estimated wait time for verification. Typically $5-15 per delivery.

Can I request a specific aerrander or vehicle?
While you can't request specific aerranders, you can choose your vehicle type when booking. Our system automatically matches you with the nearest available aerrander with that vehicle.
What if my package doesn't fit in the selected vehicle?
Your aerrander will contact you if the package is larger than expected. You can upgrade to a larger vehicle, and we'll only charge the difference in price.
Are the vehicles insured?
Yes, all aerranders carry commercial insurance covering your items during transit. Additional coverage is available for high-value items.
Can I book multiple vehicles for one delivery?
Yes! For large moves or multiple pickups, you can book multiple vehicles. Contact us for bulk delivery discounts.
Do you offer temperature-controlled vehicles?
